Phillies agree to 1-year deal with Hand (source)

A day after agreeing to a deal with former Mets right-hander Jeurys Familia, the Phillies poached another one of their relievers, agreeing to a one-year, $6 million deal with left-hander Brad Hand on Monday, a source told MLB.com’s Todd Zolecki. The club has not confirmed.
