Detroit is supportive of Matthew Stafford as he tries to win the Super Bowl he never could for the Lions

Most of the anger seems directed at the Lions, who have wasted Hall of Fame careers more often than they’ve won playoff games since 1957, rather than Stafford, a talented, humble QB who admittedly didn’t lift the franchise as high as he might have.
